Our mission is to make sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment more accessible through technology-enabled healthcare services and home-based care.We are looking for a Sleep Specialist to support customers throughout their sleep apnea treatment journey, from diagnostic testing to CPAP therapy setup and ongoing support.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct home visits to deliver and set up CPAP machines for customersPerform CPAP mask fitting and educate customers on proper usageGuide customers through CPAP therapy and answer therapy-related questionsSet up home sleep tests and provide instructions on device usageMonitor customer progress and follow up on therapy adherenceAssist customers in troubleshooting basic CPAP and mask issuesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and therapy setupsWork closely with the operations team to coordinate appointments and service deliveryProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer journeyRequirementsStrong interest in healthcare, sleep health, or respiratory careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable interacting directly with customers in their homesResponsible, organised, and able to work independentlyWilling to travel across Singapore for customer appointmentsComfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and digital systemsPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)Experience in healthcare, nursing, allied health, medical devices, or customer-facing healthcare rolesExperience with CPAP therapy, respiratory devices, sleep studies, or sleep apnea careExperience in customer service, training, education, or patient support rolesWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people improve their health and quality of life. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, confident in communicating with customers, and able to guide individuals through their sleep apnea treatment journey.Salary$4,000 – $6,000 per month (depending on experience)
