🚀 Hiring: Software Engineer, AI Platform📍 San Francisco, CA (On-site)💰 $180K – $250K + Competitive EquityWe’re looking for a Software Engineer, AI Platform to help build and scale the infrastructure powering enterprise-grade AI systems used by some of the largest organizations in the world.This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in high-scale environments, enjoy solving complex distributed systems challenges, and have experience operating production-grade AI/LLM pipelines.🔹 What You’ll Work On:• Own large-scale data and AI infrastructure powering critical product features• Operate and evolve LLM-driven ETL systems processing 10–30TB+ of inference workloads weekly• Build agent transformation infrastructure for structured, queryable AI outputs• Improve reliability, throughput, latency, and cost efficiency of production AI systems• Develop observability, evaluation, and debugging tooling across the platform• Partner closely with AI engineers and founders on new platform capabilities• Participate in compensated on-call rotations and incident response🔹 What We’re Looking For:• 3–8 years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or data platform engineering• Strong experience building and owning production ETL/data pipelines end-to-end• Experience handling terabyte-to-petabyte scale systems• Hands-on experience with LLM-based production systems and AI-enabled ETLs• Strong Python skills and experience with AWS infrastructure• Experience with orchestration frameworks like Dagster, Airflow, Prefect, or Temporal• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, pgvector, Terraform, and distributed compute systems• Startup experience (Seed–Series C preferred)🔹 Tech Stack:Python • FastAPI • PostgreSQL • pgvector • AWS • Terraform • Dagster • Airflow • Prefect • Temporal • ECS • Lambda • SQS • Step Functions • RDS • S3 • Datadog🔹 What Makes This Interesting:• Work directly with a highly technical founding team• Solve real-world scaling and inference-cost challenges• High ownership and influence on architecture decisions• Fast-moving, high-performance engineering culture• Opportunity to shape the future of enterprise AI infrastructureIf you enjoy building systems that operate under real production pressure and want to work at the frontier of AI infrastructure, feel free to reach out or apply.
