Software Lead (Fintech)

We are hiring On Behalf of a start-up fin-tech company a Software Engineering Lead located in Maadi (Full-time - Onsite) with the following Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM, preferably Computer Science.- Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on coding experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a startup environment and fintech is a must. - Tech Stack Proficiency: Backend: Deep expertise in Node.js and PostgreSQL; experience with Microservices architecture is a significant plus.-Frontend: Expert-level knowledge of Flutter and Vue.js or reactjs, with a working understanding of native mobile languages (Swift/Kotlin) to manage the migration / legacy code.Cloud & Infra: Proven experience managing cloud-based infrastructure (specifically Huawei Cloud or similar) and overseeing DevOps practices.- Tools: Proficient in Git, TDD, and modern project management tools.- Fintech Domain: Proven experience with financial security protocols, encrypted data handling, and integrating with third-party banking/payment APIs.- Language: Excellent professional English (written and spoken)Benefits include: -Medical Insurance-Social insurance-Learning and development Courses -Mobile Line If interested, please send your CV to talent.jobs16@gmail.com
