Job Title: Solar Site Engineer – SudanLocation: Sudan (Candidates must be currently based in Sudan)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:ONA is seeking experienced Solar Site Engineers based in Sudan to support and manage our solar energy projects across different locations within the country. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in solar PV site execution, installation, commissioning, and project management.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage solar PV project execution on-site.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Prepare site reports and track project progress.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support.Requirements:Currently residing in Sudan.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in solar PV projects.Proven experience in site supervision and project execution.Knowledge of solar system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Strong communication and reporting skills.Ability to travel within Sudan as required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects.Experience with off-grid and hybrid solar systems.PMP certification is a plus.
