Role: University Admissions Counsellor (Arabic)Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob summary The University Admissions Counsellor will manage the complete student application lifecycle while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality admissions delivery. The role requires strong expertise in international admissions processes, student counselling, and application management. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.Key responsibilitiesCounselling & Student EngagementConduct counselling and sales meetings with students and parents, offering customised higher education pathways.Review and edit Personal Statements, Essays, CVs, and supporting documents.Guide students through offer acceptance, deposit payments, accommodation, and visa processes.Conduct feedback surveys at application submission and visa outcome stages.Application ManagementReview student academic documents and prepare university shortlists aligned with profile and preferences.Ensure all required documents are verified before submission.Manage end-to-end application submissions (direct and partner portals).Monitor turnaround times and follow up with universities for application outcomes.Ensure every application is accurately recorded in the CRM.Conduct offer review meetings with students and support finalisation decisions.Oversee visa documentation verification and assist students during visa application completion.Ensure Google review requests are sent post visa issuance.Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily reporting and updates on application status.Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure timely submissions and process compliance.Report to the Business Head.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in international university admissions and counselling.Strong knowledge of UG and PG application processes for destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.Experience handling application platforms such as Common App, UCAS, and partner portals.Hands-on experience guiding students through international visa processes.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
