What will you be doing?Ensure 100% stock accuracy on the ERP system by maintaining real-time data updates and conducting regular inventory reconciliations. Oversee the full implementation of the warehouse cycle within the ERP system, ensuring seamless tracking of stock movement, storage, and dispatch.Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity and streamline inventory management.Ensure strict adherence to the FIFO method for handling food products, minimizing waste and maintaining product freshness.Oversee accurate inventory tracking systems to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure real-time visibility of stored goods.Monitor and enforce proper storage conditions, including temperature, humidity, and hygiene, to maintain product quality and safety.Ensure full implementation of the warehouse cycle within the ERP system, maintaining real-time data accuracy and process efficiency.Train and guide warehouse staff on FIFO protocols, proper handling of perishable items, and safety procedures.Design and implement workflows to minimize movement within the warehouse and improve productivity.Regularly inspect inventory to ensure timely stock rotation, preventing expiration of products in storage.Manage efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching processes, ensuring smooth operations and minimal delays.Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and prepare for regular audits to uphold quality standards.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to analyze data on space utilization, inventory turnover, and operational performance.Ensure all warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and temperature control systems, is well-maintained and operational.Address and resolve issues related to space constraints, stock discrepancies, and operational challenges promptly.Oversee third-party storage facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and optimizing inventory flow.Continuously evaluate and negotiate third-party storage contracts to secure the best pricing and service agreements, optimizing overall warehousing costs.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant fieldMinimum of 6 years of work experience in Warehouse within FMCG Manufacturing industryStrong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control techniquesFamiliarity with food safety regulations and auditsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional departmentsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.At Lychee, we value the unique strengths each individual brings, fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace that thrives on varied perspectives.
