DutiesDevelop, localise and improve learning and teaching materialsConduct interactive online English lessons tailored to student’s level and learning objectivesDeliver high quality free trial sessions and work with course consultants to provide professional learning suggestions to new studentsDevelop lesson plans that incorporate diverse teaching methods and educational resourcesAssess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvementUse digital tools and multimedia resources effectively to enhance the learning experienceMaintain accurate records of lesson activities, attendance, and student achievementsCommunicate clearly with students and parents (when applicable) to set expectations and address questionsFoster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that builds students’ confidence in speaking and understanding EnglishAchieve high scores in 11+ English exams. SkillsProven experience in tutoring or teaching English, especially in an online environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patientlyExperience working with children or young learners, understanding their unique needs and learning stylesAbility to adapt teaching methods based on individual student progress and feedbackTech-savvy with proficiency in using online teaching platforms, digital tools, and multimedia resourcesPassion for education, cultural sensitivity, and a motivating attitude that inspires learners to succeed RequirementsGraduate from Top UK University; Degree in any discipline; education, English, or related fields preferred.Experience in 11+ Exams as a student, examiner, marker, and/or tutor is a plus.Teaching experience is preferred (experience with young learners is a plus).Comfortable teaching online and proficient with common video conferencing and collaboration tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.Availability during hours suitable for students in the target time slots (evening and weekends) What We OfferCompetitive compensation (commensurate with experience and qualifications).--> Fixed Basic Monthly Salary starting from 3000 GBP.--> Hourly rated Tutoring fee (30-130 GBP).Modern office environment.Remote working arrangement for teaching.Opportunity to shape curriculum and contribute to course development.A supportive and collaborative team environment.
