1600 GT MASTER/OSV - DEP cert OSVNDPA or NI

QualificationsValid U.S. Coast Guard 1600 GT MASTER, OSVNDPA or NI with appropriate OSV AND DPO endorsement and current STCW certifications, including medical fitness to work offshore.Demonstrated competence in vessel navigation, ship handling, and dynamic positioning (DP) operations, with DEP cert OSVNDPA or NI credentials preferred.Strong knowledge of offshore oil and gas industry practices, including cargo operations, deck safety, and coordination with offshore platforms.Proficiency in maritime safety management, risk assessment, emergency response, and implementation of ISM, SOLAS, and environmental compliance standards.Effective leadership and crew management skills, including clear communication, team supervision, and conflict resolution in a multi-disciplinary environment.Ability to interpret and apply maritime regulations, company policies, and client requirements, with attention to detail in recordkeeping and reporting.
