This person will split time between on-ice coaching and behind-the-scenes program building, working closely with rink leadership, seasonal staff, and the New Haven Parks & Recreation Department to keep hockey and skating programming running smoothly year-round.About 16U Elite Academy Head Coaching RoleThe 16U team has already been solidified and recruited - it is a projected top 30 team in U.S. rankings with a roster hailing from the U.S., Canada, and Europe. This is a unique opportunity to lead talented young athletes and cultivate their skills both on and off the ice while partnering with Notre Dame, a prestigious institution offering international visas for potential international players.Our teams compete at the highest levels in reputable leagues, including the AYHL, PPHL, and CHC Tier 1, as well as Beast events and prep school teams. Located in Connecticut, our program offers a suitable living environment for young professionals or coaches with families.
