Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in an IT Services/IT Consulting company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, tracking timelines, facilitating communication between teams and clients, and ensuring smooth project execution.IT Services company experience is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.Coordinate between development, QA, UI/UX, business, and other internal teams.Conduct and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain MOMs.Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Maintain project trackers, status reports, documentation, and project dashboards.Communicate project updates, risks, delays, and dependencies to stakeholders.Coordinate with clients for requirements, updates, feedback, and follow-ups.Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager/Management.Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and reporting.Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Executive / PMO Coordinator in an IT Services company.IT Services/IT Consulting industry experience is mandatory.Good understanding of software development/project life cycles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.Good organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Good English communication, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.PreferredExperience working with international clients/projects.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.Basic understanding of technologies and software development processes.What We’re Looking ForSomeone who is highly organized, proactive, responsible, and strong at follow-ups, with the ability to keep projects and teams aligned and ensure timely delivery.Important: Candidates without prior experience in an IT Services/IT Consulting company will not be considered.
