A Ruby developer who cares about building meaningful products as part of a close knit team.If you like autonomy, variety, and joining a team where you can take ownership of the project you work on, this could be for you.💡 The RoleMy client is an agency with 2 major clients:You’ll be building features end‑to‑end across two major platforms used daily by thousands of real users — from internal tools for a large US home‑remodelling company to a UK medical training product for doctors.Most of the work is in Ruby on Rails, but there’s some Phoenix in the mix too. They are also moving their frontend to React, so experience here is a plus!🌟 What They’re Looking ForMid level Ruby experience (open to learning Phoenix)Strong communicator — you’ll walk clients through features, but don't need to sell to themPragmatic problem solver who cares about value for the end userSomeone who enjoys ownership in a small teamHappy to jump across different areas: feature work, deployment, code review, etc.Comfortable working fully remotelyCulture matters a lot here.
