QualificationsValid U.S. Coast Guard MMC of 200 Gross Tons (Near Coastal or appropriate endorsement) and all required STCW and medical certifications.Demonstrated competency in vessel navigation, watchstanding, voyage planning, and use of radar, GPS, and other marine electronics.Experience with Liftboat or offshore support vessel operations, including Jack-Up procedures, crane operations, and deck safety practices.Knowledge of maritime safety regulations, environmental compliance, and company safety management systems.Strong leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team offshore environment.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, work extended hours at sea, and adapt to changing offshore conditions.High school diploma or equivalent; additional maritime training or courses in marine operations or safety are beneficial.Previous offshore oil and gas experience and familiarity with dynamic positioning operations are a plus.
