You may be asked to perform other duties as assigned from time to time.Setup machines and fixtures for soldering line and final assembly lineProduce, test and repair productAnalyze and improve efficiency, productivity and qualityLayout and setup for New Production Introduction (NPI) project and transfer projectLayout and setup for internal sample request from other departmentsWork closely with cross-functional team such as Test System Development (TSD), Production Engineering (PE) and Factory Project Manager (FPM) to get support related to technicalTraining and support staff, worker of sample team and production team on new and existing processesOther tasks as duly assigned by the Sample Build SupervisorSupervisory Responsibilities – List Teams/GroupsN/AQualifications - Knowledge & Experience+3 years of working experienceWorking experience in electronics manufacturing environment is a plusGood command of English or Chinese languageMust have good communication and teamwork skillEducation, Licenses & CertificationBachelor degree or higher with majoring in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, etc. Work Conditions44 hours per week.
