The group is strengthening its organisation and governance to support its transformation and growth.Your roleWorking closely with the Group General Counsel, you will bring structure, coordination and follow-through to corporate governance across the group.Coordinate governance activities across international entitiesEnsure corporate decisions are documented, implemented and followed upAct as a bridge between Legal, Finance and local teamsImprove reporting, processes and information flowsKeep projects moving and ensure deadlines are metYour profileBackground in finance, controlling or business administrationExperience in an international, multi-entity environmentExposure to an IPO process would be a strong assetStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and financial understandingComfortable coordinating stakeholders across functions and countriesPragmatic, proactive and focused on deliveryFluent EnglishGOTOfreedom consultant’s viewYou don’t need to be a lawyer.
