TecRec | Lahore, PakistanCareer Opportunity: Potential progression to Design Lead as the team grows.Why Join Us?Joining our growing team offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our design function from an early stage.You will have the opportunity to:Work on technical design and modelling projects.Collaborate with experienced engineering and project teams.Receive specialized training and develop your technical skills.Contribute ideas to improve design processes and workflows.Help establish design standards and working procedures.Progress toward a leadership position as the team expands.We are looking for individuals who want to grow with the organization and contribute beyond their day-to-day responsibilities.About the RoleWe are looking for a talented 2D & 3D Designer with experience in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and technical design to become part of our growing design team in Lahore.The role will initially be hands-on, involving the development of accurate 3D models, technical drawings, and fabrication documentation for ongoing projects.You will work closely with engineering and project teams to interpret project requirements, develop practical design solutions, and ensure that all drawings and models meet the required technical specifications.We are particularly interested in candidates who can identify opportunities to improve design processes, enhance the use of 3D modelling and Building Information Modelling (BIM), and contribute to the development of design standards and systems.As the team grows, there will be an opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a Design Lead position, potentially within the first 6–12 months, depending on performance, capabilities, and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with engineering and senior management teams to interpret project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.Develop and deliver accurate 2D technical drawings and 3D models.Translate project specifications and order information into practical design schemes.Produce detailed drawings and 3D visualizations to communicate designs for review and approval.Prepare accurate fabrication drawings, material specifications, and technical documentation required for manufacturing.Ensure designs comply with relevant technical requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve design-related issues.Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, modelling techniques, and documentation processes.Support the development and implementation of standardized design procedures and systems.Contribute to the effective use of 3D modelling and BIM technologies.Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all design deliverables.Salary: PKR 180,000–280,000 per month
