2D Team Leader - Events & Exhibitions

Are you the kind of designer who can turn an idea into a visual experience? As our 2D Team Leader at Viola Communications, you’ll lead the visual direction behind events, exhibitions and brand activations and bringing concepts to life through bold visual identities, branding and presentations while working closely with our 3D, production and client service teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the creative development of branding for events, exhibitions, conferences, and activations.Guide the team from concept through final artwork, ensuring high creative quality and consistency.Present ideas internally and provide creative direction throughout the project.Work closely with the 3D team to ensure 2D and 3D designs are fully aligned.Support pitches and live projects, balancing creativity with tight deadlines.Review artwork before production and maintain high attention to detail.Mentor and develop the 2D design team.Qualifications & Skills:6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years leading a team.Experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential agencies is highly preferred.Experience creating pitch presentations is a plus.Understanding of print production and large-format graphics.Experience working under fast-paced project timelines.What We're Looking For:Someone who enjoys solving creative challenges.Someone who can lead by example and inspire the team.Someone who stays calm under pressure.Someone who enjoys building experiences, not just designing graphics.This role is for someone who loves events.
