continued expansion across North America and EMEA, they're now hiring 2x SaaS Deployment / Implementation Specialists to lead customer onboarding, implementation projects, training and platform clients from contract signature through implementation, go-live, adoption and long-term value realisation.You'll work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Operations, acting as the trusted delivery lead for your customers while helping shape the processes that will support the company's continued growth.You'll have the opportunity to:Work with enterprise customers across North America and EMEA.Take ownership of implementations from kick-off through to go-live and adoption.Work closely with senior stakeholders across customer and internal teams.Help shape and improve international growth plans.What You'll Be DoingCustomer Onboarding & DeploymentOwn end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers.Lead kick-offs, timelines, requirements, milestones and deliverables.Coordinate customer setup, configuration, data collection and platform readiness.Drive projects from signed contract through to successful go-live.Customer Enablement & CollaborationDeliver virtual training sessions to end users and key stakeholders.Support onboarding, change management and user adoption.Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams.Manage multiple implementations while identifying and resolving risks and blockers.Continuous ImprovementGather customer feedback to improve onboarding and deployment processes.Contribute to implementation playbooks, templates and best practices.Track onboarding KPIs and help build scalable processes for continued growth.We're Interested in Speaking With People Who Have5+ years' experience within SaaS implementations, onboarding, deployment, customer success, project management or professional services.Experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects.Experience coordinating multiple client deployments simultaneously.Experience working with enterprise customers across North America, the UK or EMEA.Experience delivering virtual training and stakeholder workshops.Strong project planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience within HR technology, workforce technology, employee benefits, payroll software or enterprise SaaS would be advantageous.Experience within a start-up or high-growth technology environment is highly desirable.Global benefits knowledge is desirable (U.S. benefits knowledge is adequate).About The
