360 Recruitment Consultant – Contract Recruitment

We're looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Contract Recruitment team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full 360 role covering both business development and candidate delivery, working across the technology market.You'll build client relationships, win new opportunities, source and deliver candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.What You'll Be DoingDevelop new and existing client relationships across the Saudi technology market.Win new business and identify contract recruitment opportunities.Source, qualify and deliver high-quality IT/Tech candidates.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy through to placement.Build strong candidate and client networks across the GCC.What We're Looking ForA few years' experience in IT/Tech recruitment, ideally across the GCC.Experience across both business development and candidate delivery.Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills.Good understanding of the technology recruitment market.Ambitious, target-driven and confident working in a 360 environment.Open to Sales ProfessionalsComing from SaaS, IT or Tech Sales and looking to move into recruitment?
