🚀 We’re Hiring: 360 Recruitment Consultant | UAEVK Global HR Consultancy is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.This is a true 360 recruitment role — you will own the full recruitment cycle, from winning new clients to managing relationships and delivering high-quality candidates.What You'll Do • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE/GCC• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers• Generate leads, conduct business development calls and secure new recruitment mandates• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement• Source, screen and shortlist candidates across various functions and industries• Negotiate terms, manage offers and ensure successful placements• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships• Meet and exceed individual revenue and placement targetsWhat We are Looking for • 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience in the UAE• Proven experience in business development and client acquisition• Strong understanding of the UAE and other recruitment market• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills• Highly target-driven, proactive and commercially minded• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full recruitment process• Existing UAE client/candidate network is a strong advantageWhat We OfferAED 5,000 per month + HIGH COMMISSIONYour earning potential will be directly linked to your performance — the more business you bring and placements you make, the more you earn.📍 Location: UAE💼 Position: 360 Recruitment Consultant💰 Package: AED 5,000 per month + uncapped/high commissionIf you're a recruiter who enjoys winning clients as much as you enjoy finding great candidates, we want to hear from you.📩 Apply by sending your CV via LinkedIn DM or email.
