Day-to-day tasks include developing character and object animations, working with rigging setups, integrating motion capture data, and refining scenes in tools such as Blender. The role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visual content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Animation and Animation for characters, environments, and product visuals.Candidates should possess practical experience with Rigging for characters and assets to ensure smooth and expressive movement.Candidates should possess skills in Motion Capture, including cleaning and integrating mocap data into production pipelines.Candidates should possess proficiency in Blender for modeling, animation, rendering, and scene optimization.Experience creating animation assets for product demos, explainer videos, or UI/UX visualizations is beneficial.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation work; experience in technology, SaaS, or business-focused products is a plus.Relevant education or training in animation, digital media, computer graphics, or a related field is preferred.
