Responsibilities

3D Asset & Graphic Creation: Create high-quality 3D assets, icons, graphical elements, environments, and characters for product needs, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns3D Pipeline & Rendering: Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets based on project and campaign requirementsBrand Identity & Visual Style: Maintain and evolve a consistent visual style across different projects, brands, and formatsBrand Alignment & Consistency: Develop visuals that are aligned with the brand and maintain visual consistencyConcept & Creative Development: Contribute to the development of visual concepts and creative solutionsBrief Interpretation & Execution: Interpret design briefs and references and turn them into visually compelling 3D assetsIdeation & Brainstorming: Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and concept developmentIndustry Trends & Skill Evolution: Stay updated with relevant 3D design trends, tools, and techniquesRequirements2+ years of professional experience in 3D design and modeling, supported by a strong portfolioProficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds MaxStrong modeling skills and ability to work effectively with referencesSolid understanding of texturing, lighting, and renderingExperience with Redshift, Octane, or other rendering enginesGood understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and brand consistencyProficiency in Photoshop and experience with post-production of 3D rendersAttention to detail and ability to follow briefs while suggesting creative ideasGood communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentNice to have:Animation or motion design skillsExperience with digital marketing projectsBenefitsRecharge your batteries with 20 paid working vacation days annually to explore, relax, and rejuvenateKick off your birthday month with a bang!
