Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Lucknow, the company has grown into a pan-India brand known for innovation, precision, and high-quality delivery.Shri Events provides end-to-end event solutions including event planning, creative concepts, technical production, stage and set design, logistics, artist management, and on-ground execution.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Designer who can conceptualize and create high-quality 3D stage designs, event environments, installations, and visual experiences.The candidate should have strong expertise in 3D modelling, stage and event visualization, and anamorphic content, along with the ability to compile and edit visual content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Key Responsibilities3D Stage & Event Design• Create detailed 3D stage and set designs for corporate events, product launches, award shows, weddings, and live events.• Design stages, LED structures, backdrops, trussing, entrances, installations, and complete event environments.• Convert creative briefs and concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.• Create high-quality renders and presentations for client approvals.• Ensure designs are creative, practical, and technically executable.3D Modelling• Expert-level modelling of stage structures, props, installations, architectural elements, products, and custom event elements.• Create accurate 3D models from reference images, sketches, drawings, and concepts.• Maintain correct scale, dimensions, proportions, and detailing.• Optimize models for rendering and real-time visualization.Anamorphic & Visual Design• Create anamorphic 3D visuals for LED screens and unconventional display surfaces.• Develop perspective-based visuals and illusion effects for event environments.• Understand LED screen formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, pixel dimensions, and viewing perspectives.• Coordinate with the visual content team for final LED and show content.Rendering & Visualization• Create high-quality renders, walkthroughs, animations, and pre-visualizations.• Develop different design options based on creative briefs and client requirements.• Create camera views and visual presentations that clearly communicate the proposed setup.• Make revisions based on client and internal feedback.Video Editing & Content Compilation• Compile and edit 3D renders, animations, videos, and visual assets into professional presentations and event content.• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.• Create basic motion graphics, transitions, compositions, and visual sequences.• Prepare content according to required LED screen formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions.• Coordinate with the creative and technical teams to prepare final event visuals.Technical Coordination• Coordinate with production, technical, fabrication, and execution teams.• Understand basic stage fabrication, trussing, LED structures, materials, dimensions, and venue limitations.• Ensure 3D designs are practical, buildable, and executable.• Modify designs based on venue dimensions and technical requirements.Required Skills• Strong expertise in 3D modelling and visualization.• Strong understanding of stage and event design.• Expert knowledge of modelling, materials, lighting, textures, perspective, and composition.• Experience in creating anamorphic visuals is highly preferred.• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.• Ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple projects.• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.• Ability to understand and execute creative briefs.• Good understanding of event production and fabrication will be an advantage.Software SkillsProficiency in:• 3ds Max / Blender / Maya / SketchUp• V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Twinmotion• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator• Adobe Premiere Pro• Adobe After EffectsExperience with Unreal Engine, real-time visualization, LED content, motion graphics, or anamorphic content will be an added advantage.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be creative, technically strong, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in 3D modelling.You should be able to take a basic idea or reference and turn it into a complete, visually impressive, and technically feasible event design.A strong understanding of how designs are actually fabricated and executed at events will be highly valued.Work Requirements• On-site position based in Lucknow.• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.• Willingness to work under tight event deadlines.• Flexibility to work extended hours when project requirements demand.• Strong coordination with creative, production, and technical teams.• Willingness to make quick revisions and changes based on project requirements.Position: 3D DesignerLocation: LucknowWork Mode: On-SiteEmployment Type: Full-Time
