Company Description Pink Pagdi is a concept wedding planning company based in Hyderabad, established in 2013 and known for pioneering innovative event designs, such as the first mandap on a pool in the city. The team specializes in conceptualizing personalized dream weddings, focusing on thoughtful, story-driven design. Pink Pagdi has built a niche by aligning each event with the unique tastes, preferences, and personalities of its clients. The company is dedicated to translating client stories into distinctive visual experiences that stand out in the wedding and events space.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Warangal Rural. The 3D Designer will collaborate with wedding planners and creative teams to develop 3D visualizations of event setups, including stages, mandaps, décor elements, and venue layouts. Daily tasks include creating detailed 3D models, applying lighting and texturing, producing animations or walkthroughs, and refining designs based on client and internal feedback. The role involves translating conceptual ideas and mood boards into realistic digital designs that guide production teams during event execution. The 3D Designer will also ensure all output aligns with Pink Pagdi’s brand aesthetics, timelines, and quality standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for environments, event setups, and décor elements.Candidates should possess skills in Lighting, including creating realistic light setups and understanding mood, ambiance, and visual impact.Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Animation to develop supporting visuals, motion content, and presentation materials.Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative event or spatial design work, attention to detail, and visual storytelling.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with planners, production teams, and clients.Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback.A relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Architecture, or a related field is beneficial; experience in events or wedding design is a plus.
