Designer who can conceptualize and visualize event spaces, develop high-quality 3D renders and presentations, and collaborate with event, production, vendor, and decoration teams to execute creative concepts.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with a strong passion for event and experiential design.The role involves developing creative concepts based on event themes and client requirements, creating mood boards, sketches, 3D models, renders, and visual presentations, and working closely with internal and external teams to translate concepts into impactful event experiences.The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, proficiency in relevant 3D design and rendering software, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working within tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Concept DevelopmentDevelop innovative design concepts aligned with event themes and project requirements.Interpret client briefs and translate them into creative visual concepts.Ensure designs are aligned with client branding guidelines and overall event objectives.Develop creative approaches that balance aesthetics, functionality, and project requirements.3D Design & VisualizationCreate detailed 3D models, renders, sketches, mood boards, and visual presentations.Develop event space and set-design concepts for presentations and execution.Create high-quality visual representations to communicate design ideas effectively.Translate initial concepts into detailed visual designs suitable for production and execution.Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with the Event Director to maintain creativity and quality across projects.Collaborate with production teams, vendors, decorators, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the final execution remains aligned with the approved design.Incorporate practical considerations, materials, and production requirements into design concepts.Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously.Prioritize deliverables and meet project deadlines without compromising design quality.Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback.Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables.Design Trends & InnovationStay updated with the latest event design trends, materials, technologies, and visual styles.Explore new tools and techniques to improve design quality and presentation.Bring fresh and innovative ideas to event concepts and spatial design.Key KPIsTimely delivery of design
