Employment Type: Full-TimeEligibility: Only Mumbai-based candidates are eligible to apply.About the RoleRajwaa & Epiphany is seeking a creative and technically proficient 3D Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in conceptualizing and developing innovative 3D designs for exhibitions, stage and set designs, mall installations, art installations, and experiential environments.The role requires a strong combination of creative vision, spatial design expertise, technical knowledge, and an understanding of production and fabrication processes to transform concepts into impactful physical experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and develop creative 3D designs for exhibitions, trade shows, and event environments.Design stages, sets, backdrops, and customized structures for corporate events, entertainment projects, and special occasions.Develop innovative concepts for mall installations, festive installations, thematic environments, and large-scale decorative structures.Create 3D designs for art installations, immersive experiences, themed environments, and interactive spaces.Prepare high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, layouts, and design presentations for client approvals.Translate creative briefs and project requirements into visually compelling, functional, and technically feasible designs.Develop detailed drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and fabrication references to support production and execution.Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and successful project delivery.Coordinate design modifications based on client feedback, technical requirements, and production considerations.Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the design development process while meeting project deadlines.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in 3D Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent tools.Strong understanding of spatial planning, proportions, materials, textures, lighting, and visual composition.Knowledge of fabrication methods, construction materials, structural requirements, and installation processes.Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into detailed, execution-ready designs.Strong visualization, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work within tight deadlines.A portfolio demonstrating relevant work in exhibitions, stage designs, mall installations, or experiential environments is essential.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in exhibition and trade show design.Experience in stage and set design for events and entertainment projects.Experience designing mall installations, festive décor, and large-scale art installations.Exposure to themed environments, immersive experiences, and experiential design projects.Practical understanding of production drawings, fabrication, and on-site installation requirements.Application ProcessInterested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to share their updated resume and portfolio showcasing relevant projects.Please note: Applications are open only to Mumbai-based candidates.Join Rajwaa & Epiphany and contribute to creating innovative, engaging, and memorable spatial experiences.
