Role: 3D Designer – ExhibitionsIndustry: Events and Exhibitions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and buildable 3D design concepts for exhibition stands, events, and interior spaces based on client briefs.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, models, and presentations for clients and fabrication teams.
• Translate creative concepts into practical, fabrication-ready designs.
• Coordinate with creative, production, workshop, procurement, and supplier teams.
• Conduct design feasibility and value-engineering reviews to ensure concepts are achievable within budget.
• Incorporate materials, finishes, technical requirements, venue regulations, and HSE requirements into designs.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant 3D design experience, preferably within the exhibitions, exhibition stands, events, or experiential industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands/events and 3D visualization work.
• Proficiency in relevant 3D design/rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of fabrication, materials, finishes, and buildability.
• Ability to independently convert a client brief into a creative and production-ready design.
