Its mission includes democratizing technology and inspiring the next generation of innovators to shape a more connected future.Role Description The 3D Designer will work on-site in Mirpur Model Thana in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality 3D visuals and assets for robotics, AI, and automation-related products. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models of devices and environments, designing textures and materials, setting up lighting and camera angles, and producing animations for product demonstrations and user experiences. The role involves working with graphic designers and engineers to ensure visual consistency across digital and physical interfaces, preparing renders for marketing materials, presentations, and simulations, and iterating designs based on feedback from project stakeholders. The 3D Designer will also maintain organized asset libraries, optimize models for performance, and contribute creative ideas that enhance the clarity and impact of technical concepts.Qualifications Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for products, environments, and technical concepts.Experience with Animation and motion workflows to create engaging product and process visualizations.Proficiency in Lighting and rendering techniques to achieve realistic and visually appealing outputs.Capability in Graphic Design to support visual communication across digital materials and interfaces.Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar).Understanding of design fundamentals, including composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.Ability to collaborate with engineering and marketing teams and translate technical requirements into visual assets.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Relevant diploma or degree in 3D Design, Animation, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.Interest in robotics, AI, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows.
