We believe great events start with great ideas—and the people behind them.Role Description The 3D Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in George Town, responsible for developing high-quality 3D visuals that support event concepts and campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed 3D models of event spaces and structures, designing environments that incorporate lighting, materials, and graphics, and producing realistic renderings and animation sequences for client presentations. The role works closely with the creative and production teams to translate ideas into visually compelling designs, refine concepts based on feedback, and prepare final assets for fabrication and setup. The 3D Designer is expected to manage project timelines, maintain organized files, and ensure all deliverables align with brand, technical, and safety requirements.QualificationsStrong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling to create detailed event environments and structures.Experience with Lighting design within 3D software to achieve realistic and impactful visual scenes.Proficiency in Graphic Design and Animation to develop visual assets and motion content for presentations and campaigns.Ability to use industry-standard 3D and design tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).Solid understanding of spatial design, event layouts, and production considerations (materials, dimensions, fabrication constraints).Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.Relevant diploma or degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.If you’re creative, curious, and excited about bringing ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you!
