We deliver high-quality interior solutions for corporate workplaces, premium residential spaces, hospitality, retail, and institutional projects.Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer / 3D Visualiser with strong expertise in interior visualization and rendering. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating design concepts and technical drawings into realistic, high-quality 3D renders while maintaining accuracy in materials, lighting, textures, and spatial details.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 3D models, interior renders, and realistic visualizations for residential and commercial interior projects.Develop detailed 3D views based on design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.Work closely with the interior design team to understand design intent and project requirements.Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and furniture elements to achieve realistic renders.Revise and refine visualizations based on feedback from designers and management.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all 3D presentations.Maintain organized project files and coordinate effectively with the design team.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of relevant experience in 3D visualization for interior design projects.Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is mandatory.Working knowledge of D5 Render, Lumion, or other rendering software is preferred.Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, furniture detailing, and interior styling.Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.Strong visualisation skills, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.A portfolio showcasing previous 3D interior renders is required.What We’re Looking For A creative professional with a strong eye for detail, realistic rendering skills, and the ability to turn design ideas into compelling visuals.
