The organization values innovation, quality, and a commitment to meeting customer needs.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Lahore. The 3D Designer will create high-quality 3D models, product visualizations, and renderings for consumer goods, working closely with product development, marketing, and packaging teams. Daily responsibilities include interpreting design briefs, developing concept sketches, building detailed 3D assets, and preparing visuals for presentations, catalogs, and digital campaigns. The role involves optimizing models for different outputs, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback. The 3D Designer will also stay current with industry tools and trends to improve workflows and visual quality.Qualifications Strong proficiency in 3D design and modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar) and experience creating product-focused 3D assets.Skills in texturing, lighting, and rendering to produce realistic visualizations suitable for marketing materials and presentations.Ability to translate product concepts and sketches into detailed 3D models, with attention to proportions, materials, and usability.Experience collaborating with product development, marketing, or packaging teams and incorporating interdisciplinary feedback into design iterations.Familiarity with consumer goods design, industrial design principles, or packaging visualization is highly beneficial.Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and ability to work within brand guidelines while proposing innovative design solutions.Effective communication skills, ability to present design options clearly, and openness to constructive feedback.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized files and asset libraries.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in 3D Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field preferred.
