3D Designer

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate 3D Designer to join our creative team at Haluu World.We’re looking for a designer who can create compelling 3D visualizations and who also has a strong understanding of spatial design, aesthetics, and materials, and of how a creative concept can become a real spatial experience.QualificationsOpen to fresh graduatesDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related design field.Understanding of how a brand activation agency, experiential agency, architecture firm, interior design studio, event organizer, or similar creative business works.Understanding of spatial planning, environmental design, visual merchandising, and the principles of space planning and visitor flow.Good understanding of design thinking and conceptual development, and able to translate a creative brief into a relevant and engaging three-dimensional design concept.Strong aesthetic sense, including an understanding of proportion, scale, composition, materials, lighting, color, and design detail.Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, V-Ray, Corona, or similar.Able to produce 3D visualizations and renderings that are clear and realistic and that suit both presentation and production needs.Understanding of how design, spatial function, visitor flow, and interactive experience relate to each other in an installation.Able to create and understand technical drawings, material recommendations, and production specifications.Able to work independently and to collaborate with the creative team, graphic designers, fellow 3D designers, and the production team.Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills in a project-based work environment.Proactive, open to feedback, and curious, with a willingness to keep learning and growing as a designer.A portfolio that shows strong concepts, spatial design exploration, 3D visualization, and the ability to see projects through.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop 3D concepts and designs for brand activations, exhibitions, experiential installations, pop-up spaces, events, and environmental design.Translate creative briefs and visual concepts into spatial designs that are functional, engaging, and right for the brand.Create 3D models, spatial visualizations, renderings, and design presentation materials.Consider visitor experience, spatial flow, ergonomics, materials, and feasibility in every design.Prepare technical drawings, material recommendations, and production specifications.Work with the production team to make sure designs can be built, taking into account materials, construction, quality, budget, and timeline.Revise and develop designs based on internal feedback, client needs, and technical conditions on site.Keep design quality consistent from concept through to implementation.Plus PointsKnowledge of production techniques, light civil construction, framing systems, structures, and fabrication methods for installations, booths, exhibitions, or events.Understanding of materials such as wood, plywood, metal, and acrylic, as well as various finishing materials.Experience with projects that were actually built, not just 3D visualizations.Basic understanding of integrating lighting, multimedia, and interactive elements into spatial design.Basic skills in 2D design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and able to visualize design concepts in both 2D and 3D.Think Beyond Spaces.
