Job DescriptionIndustry/ Organization Type: Specialised Construction ActivitiesPosition Title: 3D Designer cum DrafterWorking Location: Ang Mo KioWorking Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical BenefitsDuration: Permanent RoleKey ResponsibilitiesCreate 3D spatial models, layouts, and realistic renderings based on design briefs and mood boards.Apply materials, textures, branding graphics, and lighting to 3D visuals.Support concept development for interiors, exhibition booths, stages, and event spaces.Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.Prepare material specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) with project teams.Ensure drawings meet venue, safety, and fabrication requirements.Coordinate with workshops, fabricators, and AV/lighting vendors on production details.Revise drawings and 3D visuals based on client feedback and production requirements.Support site measurements, inspections, and setup verification when required.Perform other related duties as assigned.APPLY NOW!!!Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Spatial Design, or related fieldRelevant design or drafting experience.Candidates with no prior experience may also be considered with a relevant portfolio.Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or similar 3D software.Familiar with V-Ray, Corona, or other rendering tools.Proficient in AutoCAD or Vectorworks.Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.Good understanding of spatial planning, scale, materials, and basic construction methods.Able to read floor plans and technical specifications.Good visual, communication, and time-management skills.Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods:Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button;Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
