About the Role

Loadmaster Industries, Inc. is seeking a full-time 3D Tekla Designer / Drafter to join our engineering and drafting team. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality 2D and 3D structural designs and fabrication drawings for a variety of structural steel projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Drafting teams to produce accurate 2D and 3D models and drawings.· Create detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for structural steel components.· Develop and maintain 3D models using Tekla Structures and similar software.· Support project teams with drafting and design services across multiple structural projects. Required Qualifications:· 0–3 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling and structural drafting.· 0–3 years of experience preparing detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for steel structures.· Strong proficiency with AutoCAD.· Two-year Certificate or Diploma in CADD, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited technical school or college.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Trimble Steel Detailing Module / Tekla Structures is strongly preferred.· Knowledge of drilling operations and drilling rigs (a plus).
