Our team works closely across design, production, operations and client servicing to deliver high-quality events with strong attention to detail, technical feasibility and on-ground execution.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Designer – Events, based in Bengaluru.The 3D Designer will be responsible for developing creative and technically feasible 3D designs for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, product launches and other live events.The role involves creating detailed 3D event layouts, stage designs, backdrops, LED screen designs, exhibition spaces, branding zones, experiential environments and complete event setups based on client briefs and brand guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop 3D concepts and detailed designs for corporate events and live event environments.Create stage designs, backdrops, LED screens, exhibition booths, branding elements, registration areas, photo zones and other event structures.Develop presentation-ready 3D models, renders, walkthroughs and animations for client presentations.Translate creative concepts and client briefs into practical and visually strong event designs.Work closely with the Production, Operations, Fabrication, Lighting and Graphic Design teams to ensure designs are technically feasible.Understand materials, fabrication methods, dimensions, structural requirements and on-ground installation requirements.Modify and refine designs based on client and internal feedback.Prepare accurate layouts, dimensions and design details required for fabrication and execution.Ensure consistency of branding, colours, graphics and visual elements across the complete event setup.Coordinate with production and fabrication teams during execution to ensure the final setup matches the approved design.Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting presentation and execution timelines.Stay updated with current trends, materials, technologies and creative approaches in corporate events, exhibitions and event production.Required Qualifications & Experience5–8 years of relevant experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions or event production.Strong hands-on experience in corporate events is mandatory.Experience working with an event management, event production, exhibition or experiential agency is preferred.Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate event stages, event environments, exhibition setups, branding installations and 3D event concepts.Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, production methods and event execution.Experience coordinating with production/fabrication teams is highly preferred.Proficiency in relevant 3D design and rendering software.Ability to convert client briefs into creative yet technically executable designs.Good understanding of dimensions, scale, spatial planning and event structures.Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.Important: Candidates with experience limited to **architecture, interior design, product visualization, automotive design or general 3D modelling without corporate event/event production experience will not be considered.
