3D Designer – Exhibition & Space Design

OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable and technically proficient 3D Artist specializing in Exhibition Stall and Space Design to join our design team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of creative visualization, technical understanding, spatial awareness, and practical knowledge of exhibition fabrication and execution.We follow an established space design pipeline and workflow, and the selected candidate will be expected to work seamlessly within this system while taking ownership of the complete 3D requirements for exhibition projects.Key Responsibilities• Develop sophisticated and visually compelling 3D exhibition stall and spatial designs based on project briefs, brand guidelines, site dimensions, and functional requirements. • Take complete ownership of the 3D design process, from initial interpretation of the brief through design development, visualization, revisions, and final presentation. • Adhere to the existing design pipeline, production workflow, and quality standards followed by the organization. • Translate conceptual ideas into technically sound, dimensionally accurate, and practically executable 3D environments. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of exhibition structures, fabrication techniques, construction methodologies, materials, finishes, and spatial limitations. • Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed designs, identifying potential structural, fabrication, or execution-related limitations at the design stage itself. • Ensure that proposed designs can be realistically fabricated, assembled, and executed on-site without compromising the intended creative vision. • Develop accurate 3D models with appropriate proportions, dimensions, clearances, structural logic, material specifications, and detailing. • Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders suitable for client presentations, internal reviews, and project approvals. • Handle design iterations and modifications efficiently based on client feedback, technical requirements, site constraints, and execution considerations. • Coordinate effectively with designers, project managers, production teams, fabricators, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Maintain clear and consistent communication to ensure there are no gaps in understanding, execution, or project requirements. • Proactively identify design or technical challenges and provide practical, solution-oriented alternatives. • Manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining consistency in design quality and accuracy.Software ProficiencyBlender is our primary 3D software and forms an integral part of our existing production pipeline.The candidate must have strong working knowledge of Blender, particularly in: • Advanced 3D modelling • Exhibition stall and spatial modelling • Material creation and texturing • Lighting and scene development • Camera composition • High-quality rendering • Realistic visualization • Design iterations and modificationsFamiliarity with additional 3D, rendering, or visualization software will be considered an advantage.Experience & Qualifications• Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in Exhibition Stall Design, Space Design, Interior Visualization, or a closely related field. • Demonstrable experience in designing and visualizing exhibition stalls or commercial spaces. • Strong understanding of structural systems, fabrication processes, materials, and on-site execution. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, spatial dimensions, and project requirements accurately. • Practical understanding of what is structurally and technically feasible within an exhibition environment. • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant exhibition, spatial, architectural, or commercial design work.Core CompetenciesTechnical & Structural Understanding- The candidate should possess a practical understanding of how exhibition structures are designed, fabricated, assembled, and executed. The candidate should be capable of prioritizing tasks, managing revisions, and consistently meeting project deadlines.Communication & Collaboration- Clear and effective communication is a critical requirement.
