Company: Evolution Events Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, near Mashreq Metro Station, Dubai Employment Type: Full-time, office-based Experience Required: 3+ yearsAbout the RoleEvolution Events is seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Event and Exhibition Designer to join our Dubai team.The successful candidate will design exhibitions, events, brand activations, stages, stands and immersive experiences.

This role requires someone who can follow a creative brief while also developing original concepts and bringing fresh ideas to each project.The designer must be able to take projects from initial concept and 3D visualisation through to detailed technical drawings for fabrication and production.Key Responsibilities- Develop original concepts and 3D designs for events, exhibitions and brand activations- Translate client briefs and creative direction into engaging spatial experiences- Create high-quality 3D renders and client presentations- Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and technical drawings- Prepare production-ready drawings with dimensions, materials and finishes- Consider branding, lighting, visitor flow, functionality and buildability- Coordinate with creative, project management, production and fabrication teams- Revise designs according to client feedback, budgets and venue requirements- Support projects during fabrication, installation and on-site delivery- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlinesRequirements- At least three years of relevant professional experience- Experience in event, exhibition, experiential, stage or spatial design- Strong 3D design and visualisation skills- Strong technical and production-drawing capabilities- Proficiency in relevant 3D, rendering and CAD software- Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting and fabrication methods- Ability to create original concepts as well as follow creative direction- Ability to balance creative ambition with budgets and technical limitations- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills- Ability to work collaboratively and independently- Experience in the UAE events and production industry is an advantageWorking Schedule- Monday to Friday- Saturday half-day- Full-time and office-basedApplication RequirementsPlease submit:- CV- Portfolio- Current location- IMMEDIATE Availability- Salary expectationsPortfolios should include 3D renders, technical drawings and photographs of completed projects where available.
