This role involves developing creative 3D concepts for exhibition stands, producing detailed designs, layouts, and visualisations that align with client brands and project objectives. The designer collaborates closely with account and project managers to interpret briefs, refine concepts, and translate ideas into practical, buildable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing 3D renders and technical drawings, coordinating with production and build teams, and ensuring designs meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements. The role also includes occasional client meetings, site visits, and ongoing refinement of design approaches based on feedback and emerging trends in exhibition and event design.Qualifications Strong 3D design skills using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar), with the ability to produce high-quality visualisations and renders.Experience in exhibition, event, interior, or retail environment design, with a solid understanding of space planning, visitor flow, and brand engagement.Ability to create clear technical drawings, specifications, and build-ready documentation, working effectively with production, fabrication, and installation teams.Proficiency in graphic and layout tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) to support branding, signage, and presentation materials.Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to interpret client briefs and develop innovative, practical design solutions.Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to present ideas to clients and colleagues and respond constructively to feedback.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.Relevant qualification in 3D design, exhibition design, interior design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and health and safety considerations for
