Location: KochiJob SummaryWe are looking for a Junior 3D Generalist to support our Animation team in creating technical 3D animations and production-ready visual content.

This role is required to support the expected increase in upcoming projects and production requirements, particularly with the potential increase in work from Maersk under our existing agreement. The role will help distribute workload effectively and maintain delivery timelines as project volumes increase.Key Responsibilities Assist in creating technical 3D animations in a production-focused environment.Support projects across the 3D pipeline, including modelling, materials, animation, lighting, rendering, and final delivery.Create and modify 3D assets based on visual and technical references.Collaborate with the team throughout different stages of production.Required Skills and QualificationsGood understanding of 3D fundamentals and the basic animation pipeline, from modelling through animation and final output.Working knowledge of Blender is preferred. Experience with other 3D software is also acceptable if the skills are transferable.Ability to work accurately with visual and technical references.Preferred Skills and QualificationsAdditional skills in motion graphics, video editing, sound editing, color grading, graphic design, or other related creative areas.Key CompetenciesAbility to deliver polished, high-quality content with a focus on precision in animation, editing, and design.Strong creative and artistic mindset with attention to detail.Ability to visualize and translate ideas into high-quality visuals.Good time management and ability to meet deadlinesWhy join USAt Admaren, you’ll be part of a creative and collaborative environment where ideas turn into reality.
