Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Graphic Designer to design exhibition stands, event spaces, booths, and promotional structures.

The ideal candidate should have strong 3D visualization skills along with a solid understanding of technical drawings, fabrication, materials, dimensions, and construction requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate creative 3D designs and visualizations for exhibition stands, booths, conferences, and event spaces.Develop concepts based on client requirements, event themes, brand guidelines, and available space.Prepare 3D renders, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings.Convert creative concepts into practical and fabrication-ready designs.Ensure designs are accurate in terms of measurements, dimensions, scale, and specifications.Prepare detailed drawings for carpentry, fabrication, branding, electrical, lighting, furniture, and other elements when required.Coordinate closely with the production, fabrication, carpentry, and project teams to ensure designs can be executed properly.Review venue requirements and ensure designs comply with relevant site and exhibition guidelines.Make revisions based on client, management, and production team feedback.Conduct site visits when required to take measurements and understand site conditions.Prepare design presentations and visual proposals for clients and management.Maintain proper documentation and updated versions of drawings and design files.Manage multiple projects and meet tight exhibition deadlines.Technical RequirementsStrong knowledge of technical drawing and drafting.Ability to prepare and interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, and construction details.Strong understanding of fabrication, carpentry, materials, structures, and construction methods.Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.Good understanding of space planning, measurements, scale, and proportions.Experience coordinating designs with production and fabrication teams.AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.Software SkillsProficiency in relevant design software such as:3ds MaxAutoCADSketchUpV-Ray / CoronaAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorLumion / Enscape or similar rendering softwareRequirementsDiploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.3–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in exhibitions, events, interior design, or fabrication.Strong creative and visualization skills combined with technical understanding.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict event deadlines.Strong communication and coordination skills.Portfolio of previous 3D exhibition/event designs is required.Preferred ExperienceExperience in designing:Exhibition StandsEvent & Conference SetupsCustom BoothsStage & Backdrop DesignsBranding StructuresRetail/Promotional DisplaysTemporary Event Structures
