Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Arrangement: Remote, with occasional site visits in RiyadhExperience: 1–5 yearsAvailability: Immediate joiner preferredRole DescriptionLead Projects Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Designer with experience in construction, contracting, and technical design to join our team.The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts into detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, technical drawings, and fabrication-ready outputs for buildings, offices, commercial spaces, and other construction-related projects.The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and the technical team to develop design concepts, prepare execution drawings, coordinate architectural and structural requirements, and produce accurate drawings and files suitable for manufacturing, fabrication, and on-site installation.This is a remote position requiring the candidate to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with occasional site visits when required.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop 2D architectural drawings and detailed 3D models for buildings, offices, interiors, and commercial spaces.Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed execution drawings.Produce technical drawings and fabrication files for custom-built structures, furniture, joinery, and construction elements.Develop realistic 3D visualizations and renders to communicate design concepts and project requirements.Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural drawings and other technical disciplines.Prepare accurate dimensions, details, material specifications, and construction drawings to support manufacturing and installation.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, production teams, and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and constructability.Revise drawings and models based on client feedback, site conditions, and technical requirements.Conduct occasional site visits in Riyadh to verify dimensions, assess site conditions, and coordinate design requirements.Ensure all drawings, models, and fabrication outputs meet project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.Qualifications & Requirements1–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, technical drafting, or a similar role within the construction or contracting industry.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical drawings.Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar 3D modeling software.Experience preparing detailed execution drawings and fabrication-ready files.Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, dimensions, and building methods.Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and coordinate technical requirements.Experience in office fit-outs, interior design, commercial spaces, joinery, or custom-built structures is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and available for occasional site visits.Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience preparing shop drawings and manufacturing files.Familiarity with CNC production workflows and fabrication requirements.Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and installation methods.Ability to produce high-quality 3D renders and presentation visuals.A portfolio demonstrating technical drawings, 3D models, and completed construction or fit-out projects is required.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and portfolio showcasing relevant 2D drawings, 3D models, technical drawings, and fabrication or construction-related projects.
