The company coordinates design, materials, specialist trades, and inspection under one project lead, ensuring clear scope, pricing, and accountability. Services include complete bathroom renovations, kitchen fitting, flooring, masonry, plastering, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, and architectural and interior design consultation. AlbNova runs on its own software platform, which supports project tracking, documentation, a 3D room planner, and a materials catalogue. As part of a larger international construction group delivering fit-outs across the UAE and Europe, AlbNova applies high standards from large-scale projects to residential renovations.Role Description The 3D Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania. This role focuses on creating detailed 3D models and visualizations of rooms, fixtures, and materials to support architectural planning, interior design, and client presentations. The 3D Modeler collaborates with designers, project leads, and engineers to translate renovation scopes into accurate digital layouts using the company’s 3D room planner and related tools. Daily tasks include modeling spaces and components, setting up lighting and camera views, preparing renderings, and iterating designs based on feedback. The role also involves maintaining a consistent visual style, organizing model libraries, and contributing to improvements in AlbNova’s digital planning platform.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong 3D Design, 3D Modeling, and Modeler skills for architectural and interior spaces.Candidates should be proficient in Blender and familiar with other 3D software or rendering tools.Candidates should demonstrate solid Lighting skills for realistic visualization and rendering.Candidates should have experience interpreting floor plans, measurements, and design briefs.Candidates should possess good collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional project teams.Candidates should have strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects.A background in architecture, interior design, visualization, or a related field, and prior experience in construction or fit-out projects, is highly beneficial.Fluency in Albanian, with working proficiency in English or Italian, is an advantage.
