3D Modeler

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural 3D modelling and the ability to accurately transform drawings, sketches, and design concepts into high-quality 3D models.Key Responsibilities* Create accurate 3D models for architectural, interior, exterior, and visualization projects* Develop models based on CAD drawings, Revit files, sketches, references, and design briefs* Model buildings, interiors, furniture, landscape elements, and architectural details* Apply proper scale, proportions, topology, and model organization* Prepare clean and optimized models for rendering, animation, and real-time visualization* Revise models according to design changes and client feedback* Collaborate with architects, interior designers, visualizers, animators, and project teams* Manage multiple projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlinesRequirements* Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or a related field* Strong proficiency in 3ds Max is essential* Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Blender, or similar software is an advantage* Good understanding of architectural drawings, scale, proportions, and construction details* Knowledge of UV mapping, texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering workflows* Experience with Corona Renderer, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, or Lumion is an advantage* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills* A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and interior 3D modelling work is required
