The company values innovation, quality, and collaboration, offering a dynamic environment for professionals interested in advanced manufacturing and digital fabrication.Role Description The 3D Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models for parts, prototypes, and custom builds aligned with client specifications and production requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining 3D designs, preparing files for 3D printing, optimizing models for structural integrity and printability, and collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and functionality. The role also involves applying appropriate lighting and basic rendering techniques for visual reviews and presentations, maintaining organized design files, and contributing to continuous improvement of modeling workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area.QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling, with experience working as a Modeler on product or part-based projects.Hands-on experience with Blender, Z brush, CAD, etc for creating, editing, and optimizing simple and complex 3D models.Strong understanding of design for 3D printing, including tolerances, material constraints, and structural considerations.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings or design briefs.Relevant education or training in industrial design, 3D animation, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.Experience in a rapid prototyping or manufacturing environment and familiarity with common 3D printing processes is a plus.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area.
