Applicants can expect to join a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence in 3D manufacturing.Role Description The 3D Modeler role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the 3D Modeler will create and refine 3D models for product development, prototypes, display pieces, and decorative items, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability for 3D printing. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting design briefs, collaborating with designers and engineers, preparing files for printing, and optimizing models for structural integrity and visual quality. The 3D Modeler will adjust lighting and materials for visualizations, support troubleshooting of print-related issues, and maintain organized libraries of 3D assets. The individual in this position will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and project deadlines.Qualifications Strong 3D design capabilities, including 3D Design and 3D Modeling experience.Proven experience as a Modeler, creating production-ready models for various applications.Proficiency with 3D software tools such as Blender or comparable modeling tools.Understanding of Lighting principles for 3D visualization and rendering.Experience preparing models for 3D printing, including file optimization and basic knowledge of printing processes.Attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.Relevant diploma or degree in 3D Design, Animation, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in product development, prototyping, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
