3D Motion Graphic Designer

About the roleWe're looking for a 3D Motion Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life through animation, 3D visuals, and motion. You'll create eye-catching content for [social media, digital ads, product launches, explainer videos, brand films, and more] — combining strong design sense with technical animation skills. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the 3D and motion pipeline and can take a concept from storyboard to final render.Key responsibilitiesDesign and animate 3D motion graphics for social media, ads, websites, product videos, and brand campaignsModel, texture, light, and render 3D scenes, objects, and product visualsDevelop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to communicate creative directionCreate motion design that follows strong principles of timing, easing, and visual hierarchyComposite 3D renders with 2D elements, VFX, and live footageCollaborate with the creative, marketing, and video teams to translate briefs into polished deliverablesManage the full production pipeline — concept, animation, rendering, and final outputOptimize scenes and render settings for quality and turnaround timeStay current with motion design trends, tools, and techniquesMaintain organized project files and meet delivery deadlines across multiple projectsRequirements2–4 years of experience in 3D motion graphics and animationStrong portfolio/showreel demonstrating 3D design and motion workProficiency in Cinema 4D (or Blender / Maya / 3ds Max) and Adobe After EffectsExperience with rendering engines such as Redshift, Octane, or ArnoldSolid grasp of modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation fundamentalsStrong understanding of composition, color, typography, and motion design principlesAbility to work independently and manage time across multiple projectsNice to haveExperience with Houdini, particle systems, or dynamic simulationsSkills in 2D animation and traditional motion graphicsWorking knowledge of Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative SuiteSound design or basic audio editing ability
