3D Printer Operator

Now Hiring: 3D Printer Operator / Technician | DubaiSky High HR Solutions is inviting applications from experienced 3D Printer Operators / Technicians to support interior fit-out, joinery, and design operations.The role involves producing prototypes, scale models, mock-ups, design components, and other project-specific 3D printed items while coordinating closely with Design, Technical, Production, and Project teams.Key Responsibilities:• Operate and monitor 3D printers to produce prototypes, scale models, mock-ups, and design components• Prepare 3D files for printing, including slicing, orientation, scaling, and support generation• Coordinate with Design, Technical, Production, and Project teams to ensure outputs meet project specifications• Perform post-processing activities including support removal, cleaning, finishing, and assembly• Monitor print quality and troubleshoot issues such as warping, adhesion problems, layer defects, and failed prints• Carry out routine cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance of 3D printing equipment• Manage printing materials such as filaments and resins, monitor stock levels, and minimize wastage• Maintain organized records of approved 3D files, print settings, machine usage, and completed models• Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean and organized printing workspace• Support design and technical teams in prototype development and design evaluationRequirements:• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in 3D Printing, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field• 2–4 years of hands-on experience operating 3D printing equipment• Good understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and slicing software• Ability to work with 3D/CAD files, dimensions, scale, and technical drawings• Experience in interior design, architecture, joinery, fit-out, furniture, or engineering environments is an advantage• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and ability to work independentlyQualified candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.📩 Send your CV to: roshini.devasia@skyhighhr.com
