The organization is driven by the mission of achieving superior business results through ideas, people, and technology.Role Description : The role involves designing and delivering training programs on 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies relevant to the energy sector, including curriculum development, practical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops. The trainer or consultant will assess participant skill levels, adapt learning materials, and provide technical guidance on best practices, safety standards, and industrial applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, documenting learning outcomes, and advising clients on how to integrate additive manufacturing into their operations. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to align training content with organizational goals and emerging industry trends.QualificationsStrong technical expertise in 3D printing and additive manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors.Arabic Speaker is a must.Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs, including curriculum development, instructional materials, and practical workshops.Knowledge of engineering principles, CAD/CAM tools, and digital manufacturing workflows that support industrial applications of additive manufacturing.Proficient communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences in a clear, structured manner.Demonstrated consulting capabilities, including needs assessment
