The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on 3D printing technologies, workflows, and applications specific to the energy sector. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, practical lab exercises, and case studies; conducting in-person sessions for diverse participant groups; and demonstrating safe and effective use of 3D printing equipment. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and updating content to reflect emerging technologies and industry standards. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align training with client needs and contribute to continuous improvement of RMG’s professional training offerings.Qualifications Strong expertise in Printing and Print Production, with an understanding of how these processes translate to 3D printing workflows.Knowledge of Pre-press and Print Design, including preparing digital files and optimizing designs for accurate, efficient 3D output.Experience with Bindery or post-production processes, and familiarity with finishing techniques relevant to 3D printed components.Practical experience with 3D printers, materials, and software used in industrial or energy-sector applications.Previous training, teaching, or technical instruction experience, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to facilitate interactive, hands-on learning environments.Relevant technical or engineering background (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial design, or related discipline) is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Al Saudia, manage training schedules, and adapt content to client and participant requirements.
