3D Printing Specialist

Role Description The 3D Printing Specialist role is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves preparing and operating 3D printers, managing print files, and ensuring accurate production of custom components and accessories that support glass and construction projects. The specialist will handle pre-production setup, monitor print jobs, perform post-processing and finishing, and conduct quality checks to meet design specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with designers and project teams, maintaining equipment, organizing materials, and documenting production details for repeat and custom orders.QualificationsPrinting and Print Production skills to manage 3D print jobs from setup through completion.Pre-press and Print Design skills to prepare digital models, optimize files, and align specifications with project requirements.Bindery or finishing skills to handle post-processing, assembly, and safe handling of printed components.Experience with 3D printing technologies, materials, and basic CAD or 3D modeling software.Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with production and installation teams in a hybrid work environment.Previous experience in manufacturing, prototyping, construction accessories, or a related field is an advantage.
