3D Product Graphic Designer

About OGSOOGSO is an innovative outdoor brand dedicated to creating high‑performance equipment for mountain and outdoor activities. We are looking for a talented, creative, and versatile 3D Product Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our future products.Key responsibilitiesAs a 3D Product Graphic Designer at OGSO, you will:Imagine, create, and develop innovative products with an outside‑the‑box mindset.Create and develop 3D product concepts, models, textures, and realistic visualizations.Ensure products are ergonomic, functional, visually strong, and aligned with OGSO quality standards.Participate in product development from the initial concept to production.Work closely with R&D, marketing, design, and production teams.Participate in creative and technical meetings to generate new ideas and solve design challenges.Support prototyping and user‑testing phases and adapt designs based on feedback.Coordinate with suppliers and production teams regarding materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.Ensure designs remain technically and economically feasible.Support the transition from design to production while respecting quality, deadlines, and costs.Create visual assets and product presentations for internal development, marketing, and communication.Stay up to date with 3D design, product design, outdoor industry, materials, and technology trends.Participate in brainstorming sessions to continuously improve our products and user experience.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Profile & requirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in 3D design and product visualization.Experience in product design, 3D modeling, visualization, and product development.Strong skills in Maya, Substance Designer/Painter, Marmoset Toolbag, and Blender.Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Ability to create high‑quality 3D models, textures, renders, and product presentations.Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating efficiently with a team.Good communication and organizational skills.Fluent in French and English.A versatile profile combining 3D design, graphic design, and product design.A portfolio is mandatory and must be included with your application.Bonus pointsFamiliarity with outdoor industry trends, materials, and product ergonomics.Experience contributing to product development from concept to production.Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest 3D design, rendering, and visualization trends..Enthusiasm for outdoor adventures and alignment with OGSO’s brand values.Why join OGSO?Joining OGSO means contributing directly to the creation of innovative outdoor products and being part of a growing, creative, and international team.
